Personalized Training - $75/hour
Looking for personal attention during a training session? Plan a ride on local roads or train on the Computrainer with a coach by your side. Any aspect of cycling can be focused on during these sessions. A few popular examples include:
- Course riding on the Computrainer. Topographic software in tandem with the Computrainer allows you to ride virtually any road in the U.S. Learn the terrain, select proper gearing, eliminate surprises and guarantee a successful day in the saddle.
- Group riding/paceline. We arrange small group rides focusing on increasing your confidence, proper paceline etiquette, safety and energy saving techniques. These rides can include up to four people for no additional cost.
- Specific cycling skills. Climbing out of the saddle, cornering, sprinting and proper pacing are all integral parts of a successful cycling experience. Master these disciplines to increase confidence and turn your weaknesses into strengths
Off the bike Consultations - $75/hour
Cycling success depends upon more than just fitness. Common consults are:
- Event day preparation – Event preparation is often the difference between setting a PR and riding in the broomwagon. Our systematic approach eliminates variables, alleviates anxiety and allows you to perform your best on the big day.
- Training nutrition – Events longer than 90 minutes require proper nutrition and hydration tactics to ensure your best performance. We review your current training nutrition and recommend a plan combining pre, during and post workout intake.
- Goal setting – Focused training combined with goal setting is the key to achieving your cycling objectives. A series of stepped goals will measure your progress, quantify your training efforts and help you achieve more than you ever thought possible.
All testing services can be performed in your home or at one of our Partner Training Facilities. For home-based testing, there is no travel charge within 10 miles of Carmel, please contact us for pricing on additional travel.
